Nick Keenan

Director of Operations

Nick Keenan is a civil engineer with 17 years of engineering and project management experience specializing in the design and construction of complex, urban water, wastewater, stormwater, and roadway projects. He also has a strong planning background helping several communities meet regulatory requirements for the operation and maintenance of water, wastewater, and stormwater systems. Nick now leans on his strong technical and management experience to lead staff, projects, and technical delivery at JKMuir.

Mr. Keenan earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering and his M.B.A from the University of Connecticut and is a PE in the State of Connecticut.
