Paul Campbell is a chemical engineer, specializing in system design of large- and small-scale facilities, optimization, and cost and feasibility assessment of project implementation. His experience includes design and optimization of mechanical and biological systems. Mr. Campbell’s current work includes identification and modeling of energy conservation opportunities at water and wastewater facilities, as well as the development of on-site, renewable generation projects for municipal clients.
Mr. Campbell earned his B.S.E. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Connecticut. He maintains industry certifications including OSHA 10, Confined Space Training and NFPA 70E Electrical Safe Work Practices.
