- As part of the District’s ongoing infrastructure programs, JKMuir works directly with the Commission, its design engineers, and contractors to deliver energy conscious projects which provide reliable water and sewer service to the City and surrounding communities with minimal energy cost impacts. On-going services include management of 150+ electrical accounts, direct coordination with local electric and gas utilities, and development of innovative approaches to revenue generation through energy resources at the Districts facilities. Maximizing grant funding and minimizing rate payer impacts are key aspects to this program.
