Construction Inspector

Mr. McCarthy has been in the construction services field for over 40 years. His experience in construction includes utility pipeline installation and rehabilitation, roadway reconstruction, concrete work, horizontal directional drilling, pump stations, elevated water tank projects and water & wastewater treatment facilities.

Responsibilities have included onsite construction observation, construction and traffic management and regulatory compliance, as well as managing the coordination of field office personnel. Mr. McCarthy has worked extensively throughout his career in Massachusetts and Rhode Island and has vast experience in engineering design from conceptual stage to execution.
